After a sound board operator missed his start cue for nearly a minute, Thomas started his performance on a B3 Pro theremin. However, a faulty monitor speaker caused Thomas to stop his performance, and go to a theremin owned by Thorwald Jorgensen, who graciously allowed the use of his theremin which was connected to a known good speaker, and the performance went on as planned.

On 29 Oct 2011, I did a short notice gig at Fondren Corner Building for a pre-Halloween festivity called Zombie Crawl, in which many of the businesses within a one block area participated and remained open past the normal closing hour. It was a party atmosphere which normally occurs in the form of Fondren After 5 each Thursday during fall, and spring in the Historic Fondren District of Jackson, Mississippi. I was set up in the lobby of the Fondren Corner Building where I played the theremin as visitors and zombies occasionally came through.
